Conservation Windows - Planning Ahead

Updated: Apr 6

During the time of a lock-down, since everyone’s movement has been limited, it is a good time to plan ahead – especially if you live in conservation area and have been thinking about upgrading / replacing your windows this year.

Most of conservation areas now require planning application consent to replace the windows and the process takes minimum of 12 weeks.

We provide free of charge planning application assistance on order, including scale drawings, heritage statement, liaison with planning department and more. We work with planning departments across South East and East London and have assisted many applications - all successfully completed with consent to replace windows granted.

We have a vast experience and expertise in replicating traditional timber sash and casement windows with precision, preserving the architecture of your period home.

Feel free to get in touch for free advice, diagnosis and estimate.
