Sash Window Doctor is CertAss registered business. What does this mean? CertAss is government approved certification body, which guarantees compliance with local building regulations, guarantees deposit cover protection as well as by law required insurance backed guarantee. All Certass registered contractors are vetted to ensure they are qualified to carry out installation work in accordance with the current building regulations and, once an installation is complete, Certass provides you with the Building Regulation Compliance Certificate for the work carried out, at no extra cost to customer.

Our window and doors are specially hand crafted by well-established joinery in Kent, using only the top grade timber. We work closely with the joiners to ensure top quality design of all our windows and doors.

The extra time and effort is put into the preparation of all our windows and doors, prior to the installation. We preserve all our timber products with timber preservative and they are twice primed and under-coated prior to the installation, using Dulux Weathershield to maximise the pristine finish.

Sash Window Doctor and his team understands the importance of the top window design. It is not only the aesthetic appeal you will want to achieve, but also should integrate improved sash window design with weatherproofed benefits and draught proofing system. Using the latest warm edge technology on all complete frame and window / door installations, to minimize the energy loss.

All our windows and doors are glazed with low-emission argon gas filled sealed units (double-glazed) - internally glazed into solid timber profile (unlike the external putty or beaded glazed windows and doors, that tend to break down in time and damage the units).
