One of the most important objectives of our business is not only to reproduce the style of traditional windows and doors but also to achieve quality and durability that lasts for many years. We aim to match the standards set by previous generations, who managed to create windows that stood the test of time, even after 100 years.

We only use top-grade timber. We don’t use lower graded or cheaper timbers. This commitment to quality ensures that our windows and doors not only look good but also perform well over time. Majority of Victorian timber windows have been made in Canadian Redwood pine, which have lasted well over 100 years. Our windows today, are made in Scandinavian redwood pine, grown in the same latitude as Canadian - having a tighter growth rings and hence more dense timber than redwood pine grown further south.

To achieve the quality and durability we promise, our windows and doors are internally glazed into a solid timber profile. This design makes them more durable and weather-resistant over time. In contrast, exterior putty or bead-glazed windows tend to weather poorly, often falling off and leaving the units exposed. This exposure can lead to costly repairs down the line.

Our windows and doors include the latest concealed draught proofing system, enhancing thermal efficiency of your windows and door in unobtrusive way.

Our windows and doors are treated with timber preservative are painted with Zinsser Allcoat, a microporous paint that promises durability of up to 15 years. All of our painting is done by hand to maintain the authentic look of the windows and ensure proper coverage. We don't spray paint our windows or door. This attention to detail is crucial for achieving a high-quality finish. Applying a very thin veneer paint coating when spray painting windows typically results in insufficient protection, poor aesthetic finish, and reduced durability

It’s an often-missed detail when going through multiple quotes, focusing solely on the cost, which can turn into a costly mistake a few years later. What's worse is that many cheap window businesses may not be around to honour their guarantees.

We have access to latest double glazing tech, using low emission double glazing with white warm edge spacer as standard.

Guarantees and Certifications

We stand by the quality of our products. Our windows and doors come with a guarantee of 10 years from the last date of installation. Additionally, our double-glazed windows and doors are Certass certified and come with QANW insurance-backed guarantees. This means you can trust that your investment is protected.
